তার সাথে কথাবার্তা বলতে চায়। রমযান মাসে ঐ মেয়েকে বিয়ে করতে ও রমযান মাসে তার সাথে কথাবার্তা বলার ক্ষেত্রে ইসলামে কি নিষেধাজ্ঞামূলক কোন বিধি আছে?

ইসলামী শরিয়তে এমন কিছু নাই যা রমযান মাসে কেবল রমযানটি মাস হওয়ার কারণে বিয়েতে বাধা দেয়; কিংবা অন্য কোন মাসে বিয়ে করতে বাধা দেয়। বরং বছরের যে কোন সময় বিয়ে করা জায়েয।

কিন্তু রোযাদারের জন্য ফজর থেকে সূর্যাস্ত যাওয়া পর্যন্ত সময়ে পানাহার ও স্ত্রী সহবাস করা নিষিদ্ধ। তাই যে ব্যক্তি নিজেকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করার ক্ষমতা রাখে এবং রোযা নষ্টকারী বিষয়ে Marriage wishes লিপ্ত হওয়ার আশংকা না করে তার জন্য রমযান মাসে বিয়ে করতে কোন আপত্তি নেই।

তাই সে হারাম কাজে লিপ্ত হওয়া ও এ মর্যাদাবান মাসের পবিত্রতা লঙ্ঘন করার আশংকা থাকে। এভাবে সে কবিরা গুনাতে লিপ্ত হয়ে তার উপর রোযার কাযা পালন ও বড় কাফ্‌ফারা ওয়াজিব হতে পারে। Marriage wishes

বড় কাফ্‌ফারা হল একটি দাস আযাদ করা। দাস না পেলে দুইমাস লাগাতর রোযা রাখা। যদি রোযাও না রাখতে পারে তাহলে ষাটজন মিসকীনকে খাওয়ানো। যদি একাধিক দিন সহবাস করে থাকে তাহলে সে দিনগুলোর সংখ্যা যত ততটি কাফ্‌ফারা আসবে।

There is nothing in the Islamic Shari’ah that prohibits marriage in the month of Ramadan simply because it is a month; Or prohibits marriage in any other month. Rather,

it is permissible to marry at any time of the year.

But it is forbidden for the fasting person to eat, drink and have intercourse with his wife during the period from Fajr to sunset. Therefore,

there is no objection to marrying in the month of Ramadan for a person who has the ability to control himself and does not fear indulging in matters that break the fast.

But apparently, a person who wants to start his married life in the month of Ramadhan, in most cases, cannot be patient with his new wife during the day.

So there is a fear of indulging in haram acts and violating the sanctity of this prestigious month. In this way, those poets indulged in sin and may be required to observe fasts and make great expiation. The major expiation is freeing a slave.

Fasting for two consecutive months if you do not get a slave. If unable to keep fast then feeding sixty poor people. If they had intercourse for more than one day, the expiation will be equal to the number of days.
